Policies

Payment terms for purchases made through the web site are credit cards only (Visa, MasterCard and Discovery), unless prior arrangements are made (prepaid, open billing, etc.).

All products are shipped F.O.B. our factory via UPS Ground within 24 hours, unless prior arrangements are made (will call, freight, express, etc.).

If product is received in damaged condition, buyer must notify Company within 24 hours of receipt.

Credit for undamaged returned merchandise is given, less $5.00 restocking charge, if product is returned within 30 days of original purchase.
